Our Returns Policy

Due to hygiene regulations governing the sale of fragrances and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. This policy is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and industry best practices.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened and unused, with the original seal intact
  • The product is in its original packaging, including all outer boxes and ribbons
  • The product shows no signs of wear or tampering

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

To report a damaged or incorrect order, please email support@safatheme.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product or packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
