Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to destinations worldwide. Our primary shipping regions include:

  • Domestic (France): 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Middle East & Asia: 8–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–18 business days

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €100 / . For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Standard Shipping: €8 / — delivered within the standard timeframe for your region
  • Express Shipping: €18 / — 2–3 business days for most destinations
  • Premium (White Glove): €35 / — includes signature on delivery, gift wrapping, and a personal note

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement. During peak seasons, processing may extend to 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey. You may also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international regulations governing the transport of alcohol-based products, we are unable to ship fragrances to certain countries. If your order cannot be delivered to your selected destination, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
