Collection Page Template
A Collection page displays all of the products in a given collection. Add and configure your collections in your Shopify admin, then use the theme editor to customize the page’s template.
Access Collection Page Settings
- In the theme editor (Customize), open the page selector
- Select Collections, then Default collection
- In the left sidebar, click to open Collection pages
Customize Section Settings
Show Breadcrumb Links
Enable Show breadcrumbs to activate this feature. Breadcrumbs are secondary navigation links that reflect the current page and how the customer got there.
Display Collection Image
Enable Show collection image to include the collection image at the top of the collection page.
Arrange Product Layout
Select the number of Rows (1 to 11) and Number of products per row (2, 3, or 4) using the provided sliders.
Activate Product Sorting
Click Enable sorting to add an organization tool for customers to rearrange available products:
- Featured
- Best Selling
- Alphabetically, A-Z
- Alphabetically, Z-A
- Price, low to high
- Price, high to low
- Date, old to new
- Date, new to old
Enable Filtering
Configure filters for your collection pages through the Collection and search filters portion of the Navigation admin.
Add a Sidebar Menu
Include a sidebar menu on collection pages by selecting Enable sidebar, then choose a menu to feature by clicking Select menu.
Select a Pagination Type
Safa comes with two distinct pagination styles:
- Standard pagination — allows users to click through pages in sequence (“Page 1 of 5”)
- Jump-to-page pagination — allows users to select the page they want to access
Add a Promo Block
Click (+) Add Promo block to add a customizable block feature to your collection page.
